AM6216H
AM6216H is a low on-resistance single channel load switch with programmable turn-on rise time. It contains n-channel MOSFETS that can provide 6A maximum continuous current per channel.
AM6216H can operate over an input voltage range of 0.8V to 5.5V. In AM6216H, a 260Ω load resistor is integrated for quick output discharge when load switch is turned off. The optional external capacitor connected to CT is used for output slew rate control.
The AM6216H is available in a small, space-saving DFN2*2-8 package with an integrated cooling pad for higher power consumption.
